In 2002, Bernard Lagarrigue decides to make available his experiences years in wine world by acquiring this premises in order to propose services to a demanding customers. He developes a wine trading too. 

Since 2015, thanks to creation of fermenting room with stainless steel vats and a barrel cellar, CEV can makes all or part of winemaking for white and red wines.

CEV can receive grappes or must wich will be aging in vats or oak barrels and benefit from regular analytical monitoring.

 

Thanks to your production's specification, we will be able to prepare your wine to bottling, labelling and/or storage.
