An HACCP study allows control of our food safety system. It takes into account differents steps to realize all along making process based on good manufacturing practices (CP/CCP)
Our laboratory has an OenoFoss analyzer that measures differents physical and chemical parameters of wine. It also has an equipement to analyze SO2. This technologies offers wine analytical monitoring from their arrival until their exit. On the other hand, CEV has two equipements to measure CO2 and O2 in wine.
Traceability software allows to follow all operations performed during the processus.
An extern laboratory certificated COFRAC accompanies us for certificated analyzis and oenological advices.
